How do I buy an original artwork?
Original artworks are acquired through inquiry. Use the inquiry link on the artwork page or contact the studio directly. If the work is available, payment instructions are issued privately.
Are original artworks available to purchase directly online?
No. Original works are not purchased through standard checkout. Availability is confirmed first, then payment is arranged directly.
Can you reserve or hold a work?
No formal holds are offered. A work is only secured once payment has been received.
What is included with an original artwork?
Each original includes the artwork itself, a signed Certificate of Authenticity, and provenance documentation. Full details are available on the Authenticity page.
How do I know if a work is still available?
Availability is shown on the artwork page where possible, but status can change quickly. Inquiry is the best way to confirm current availability.
How do I buy a print?
Prints can be purchased directly through the site using the standard checkout process.
How many prints are in each edition?
Each print edition is limited to 50.
Are prints signed and numbered?
Yes. Prints are hand-signed and numbered by the artist.
What materials are used?
Prints are produced on archival paper using pigment-based inks intended for long-term stability.
What payment methods do you accept?
The studio accepts USDT on Polygon and bank transfer.
How does USDT payment work?
At checkout, payment instructions are issued for USDT on the Polygon network. Once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, the order is verified automatically. See Payment in USDT.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Bank transfer is available where offered. Payment is verified manually by the studio after the transfer is received and matched to the order. See Payment by Bank Transfer.
When is my order confirmed?
An order is confirmed only after payment has been successfully verified.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. The studio ships worldwide, subject to courier coverage and destination restrictions.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are collected by the courier at delivery and vary by destination, package size, and local rates.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by destination. Typical transit times are listed on the Shipping page, but all timeframes are estimates.
How are prints packaged?
Prints are rolled and shipped in reinforced protective tubes.
How are original artworks packaged?
Original artworks are secured with protective materials and packed in reinforced crating appropriate to their size.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, where available from the courier. Tracking is sent by email once the order has been dispatched.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
The buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or courier fees that apply in the destination country.
Do you accept returns?
No. Sales are final. Refunds are considered only where required under the stated Conditions of Sale, such as confirmed damage in transit, defect, or verified non-delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Inspect the package on arrival and keep photographic evidence of the packaging and the damage. Then contact the studio promptly with your order reference.
What if my order does not arrive?
Check the courier tracking first. If the shipment is confirmed as non-delivered and cannot be resolved through the courier, contact the studio with your order reference.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and correct delivery address. Errors may cause delay, return, or loss, and re-dispatch may be at the buyer's cost.
Do you accept commissions?
Yes, on a selective basis.
What kinds of commissions do you consider?
The studio considers private commissions and bespoke edition requests where the project is a good fit in terms of scale, context, and capacity.
How do I submit a commission request?
Use the Request a Project page and provide clear details about dimensions, placement, timing, and context.
Is every request accepted?
No. All commission requests are reviewed individually and acceptance is at the artist's discretion.
What is the private catalogue?
The private catalogue contains original works not shown publicly on the main site.
How do I request the catalogue?
Use the catalogue request form on the Contact page.
What will I find in it?
The catalogue includes works documented with studio photography, dimensions, and acquisition pricing.
How do I check my order status?
Use the Order Lookup page and enter your order reference and the email address used at checkout.
How do I contact the studio about an order?
