Shipping & Delivery
Original artworks and limited edition prints are prepared and dispatched individually from the studio in Dubai, following the procedures outlined below. All timelines, destinations, and services set out on this page are indicative and provided without guarantee. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the studio assumes no liability for any failure, delay, or impairment of delivery, and accepts no obligation beyond that set out in its Conditions of Sale.
Orders are dispatched once payment has been confirmed: on-chain for cryptocurrency, or once the studio has verified the bank transfer and reconciled it against the order. Dispatch typically occurs within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation, subject to artwork availability and preparation time. For original artworks, additional preparation time may apply; notification is issued by email where relevant.
Leo Hydra reserves the right to delay dispatch in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including courier disruptions, customs delays, or force majeure events. In such cases, revised timelines will be communicated as promptly as practicable.
The studio ships worldwide save where delivery to a given destination is, in the studio's sole judgement, impracticable, commercially unviable, or prohibited. The studio reserves the right to refuse delivery to any destination — including but not limited to sanctioned jurisdictions, destinations with punitive customs regimes, and destinations where courier coverage is unreliable — and to cancel any order accordingly. Delivery timeframes vary by destination, are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. Typical transit times from dispatch:
- EU3–7 business days
- UK3–7 business days
- USA / Canada7–14 business days
- Rest of world10–21 business days
Timeframes are indicative and subject to courier service levels, local customs processing, and factors outside our control. Leo Hydra accepts no liability for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.
Shipping fees are collected by the courier service at the time of delivery. The applicable fee is determined by the courier based on destination, package dimensions, and local rates. Leo Hydra does not control, guarantee, or refund courier charges. By placing an order you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any courier fees, import duties, taxes, or customs charges that may apply in your jurisdiction. These charges are entirely your responsibility and will not be absorbed or reimbursed by Leo Hydra.
Prints are rolled and shipped in reinforced protective tubes. Original artworks are secured with acid-free materials and packaged in reinforced crating appropriate to their size. The studio's obligation is limited to preparing the work in reasonable packaging for onward transit.
Risk of loss, damage, deterioration, delay, or misdelivery passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. From that moment the buyer bears the entire risk of transit. Recipients must inspect deliveries upon arrival and record any visible damage on the courier's waybill before signing for the package; failure to do so waives any claim for transit damage. Any claim must be made in accordance with the Conditions of Sale.
A tracking reference will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched, where available from the courier. Tracking updates are managed by the courier and Leo Hydra cannot intervene in or expedite courier processes. If your tracking shows no update for an extended period, please contact your local customs office before reaching out to us.
Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring a valid, complete, and accessible delivery address at checkout, and for making arrangements to accept delivery. Leo Hydra is not liable for non-delivery, delay, or loss resulting from any incorrect, incomplete, or inaccessible address, failed delivery attempt, missed collection, or refusal of the consignment by the recipient. Where a parcel is returned to the studio for any reason attributable to the buyer, the buyer remains liable for the full purchase price; any re-dispatch is at the buyer's cost and the studio's discretion.
Where a parcel is refused, abandoned, or not collected within any applicable holding period, the studio reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to treat the order as abandoned after thirty (30) days, dispose of or resell the work, and retain all proceeds, without further notice or obligation to the buyer.
